In our continuing effort to GO GREEN, Payroll is now offering employees the opportunity to receive their W-2 electronically instead of being printed and mailed. Employees can consent to receive their electronic W-2 in Employee Self Service (ESS). Get information on how to sign up.
Electronic W-2's are now available. Get instructions on how to print.
W-2's can be reissued, but first you need to complete "W-2 Reissue Request" which is located on our Forms page.
W-4 Forms
For Michigan and Ohio residents, go to My.Emich, Benefits and Deductions (Staff/Faculty) on the Employee Services tile, Miscellaneous, then Update.

Before completing the 2020 Form W-4 on your my.emich link, please familiarize yourself with the instructions that are located on the IRS website (www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-w-4) , or click on the Form W-4 2020 link at the top of the my.emich form.
