dispatch desk) located at 1200 Oakwood. Photo identification will be required to pick up the hangtag.

**In order to receive a full refund, you must return the hang
tag to the Parking Department within
the first 7 days of the first day of classes of the current semester.
Refunds are prorated thereafter.

parking office. Tags ordered by the dates specified in the course
book will be mailed
to the address submitted on your online order form. Hang tags
ordered online will be billed automatically to your student account.
All permits must be displayed in accordance with the regulations
set forth, or the vehicle is subject to issuance of a citation.

Premium Reserved Parking Program
Available to Staff and Faculty Only
The University offers a Premium Reserved
Parking Program in gated and secure lots in the following
locations:
Smith Lot (on West Circle Drive across from Rackham)
Ford Reserved Lot (across from Alexander)
This program provides a personal reserved parking-space in one
of the lots equipped with a card-reader that is dedicated and
coded exclusively to read permits of persons who have purchased
a premium reserved parking space.
The annual (September 1 to August 31) cost of a reserved space
is $480.00 in addition to regular annual
parking fees paid by EMU employees, and can be paid by cash,
check, credit card or payroll deduction (limited to 24 pays).
Premium parking may not be purchased with University funds.
Premium Parking is limited and may not be available. A waiting
list will be maintained, but will be limited in size. To place
your name on the waiting list for a premium parking spot, follow the link below and
fill out the order form: The parking department will notify you when you become eligible for a space.
