Eastern Michigan University respects an individual’s right to file a campus report, a criminal report, both, or neither. A victim/survivor maintains control over whether an investigation takes place. It is important to note that a victim/survivor can come forward, share their story, and receive support services without needing to proceed with an investigation.

To file a report with the University, contact the Title IX Coordinator:
