PASS Scholarship
Students who are eligible for the PASS program and choose to participate have a great incentive. The PASS scholarship is open to any PASS student who meets the scholarship criteria. Students who are focused, who take full advantage of the PASS program benefits, and are high academic achievers will be awarded the PASS scholarship.
PASS students who attempt and complete a minimum of 12 credit hours in their first Fall semester and earn at least a 3.0 GPA will receive a $500 PASS scholarship award for the Winter semester. Students who earn at least a 3.5 GPA after the first Fall semester, will receive a $750 PASS scholarship for the Winter semester. When PASS students attend for the Winter semester and receive at least a 3.0 or at least a 3.5 GPA, the $500 or $750 scholarship will be applied to the Fall semester, respectively. Scholarship awards are based on students’ consecutive attendance at Eastern Michigan University for Winter and Fall semesters and cannot be applied to any other college or university.
Since the inception of the PASS scholarship in 2002, an average of 9 students each year have been awarded the scholarship.
