A Freshman is: a first time student at any college/university
as well as a student who was dual enrolled at a college/university while in high school, or a transfer student with less than 12 transfer credit hours.
A Transfer Student is: a student who has taken 12 or
more college/university credits elsewhere after graduating
from high school. (If you have less than 12 credit hours, see Freshmen above.)
