AAUP Negotiations
About the process
Eastern Michigan University and the EMU chapter of the AAUP have begun negotiations to develop a new faculty contract. The current contract is scheduled to expire at midnight, Aug. 31. The team of negotiators from EMU meets at mutually-agreed-upon times with the AAUP negotiating team. The chief negotiator for each team is in attendance at all sessions; other team members may be replaced by alternates if necessary.

The negotiating teams are comprised as follows:
EMU: Hartmut Hoft (chief negotiator), Jim Greene, Susan Kattelus, Jackie Tracy and Tom Venner.
