Faculty Director:

Dr. Boone holds dual citizenship-Ireland and U.S.  Since leaving Ireland in 1946 he has returned to his home land numerous times; with his most recent visit in Nov, 2006.  He has personally witnessed the dramatic changes that have taken place both culturally and economically. He has given presentations on learning resources and technologies at a major Irish I.T. conference and three Irish Universities, including UCC.

His colleagues at one of the leading Irish Universities, University College Cork, who are national and international experts, will provide a first hand look at these changes.
The course is designed to meet the needs of both EMU undergraduate and graduate students (with a differentiated final project) from various disciplines: technology, economics, political science, business and education.
