| Benita Goldman coordinates and directs programs, teaches abroad, and develops outreach programs, the Web site and media for the Office of Academic Programs Abroad. She began teaching Art for the Cultural History Tours in 1992. Benita previously served as a faculty member in the Art Department at Missouri Southern State College. She holds a B.F.A. from the Center for Creative Studies (Painting and Drawing 1980) and an M.A. in Drawing (1987, EMU) and her terminal degree in Painting (1988, EMU). Her post-graduate work in Drawing and Color Theory was completed at Yale University (1990). Benita has traveled widely throughout Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Asia and Mexico. Benita's work is currently part of the exhibit The Expressive Figure at EMU's Ford Gallery. Click here for an example of her work. | ||
