First-Year/Freshman Students
First-Year Student Steps to Receiving an Admission Decision
Prospective first-year students must submit:
- a completed undergraduate application.
- a $35 application fee or fee waiver.
- official transcripts from all prior high schools or GED score. Submit our Transcript Request Form to your counselor or records office.*
- official ACT or SAT test scores on your official transcript or sent in a sealed envelope from the testing agency.**
After you request transcripts and test scores, most high schools send your information to our office electronically. If needed, you may have the transcript or scores mailed to your home and hand-carry the document(s) in a sealed enveleope into our office (220 Student Center). You may also send materials by mail to:

*Individuals with 12 or more transferable credits apply as transfer students and usually do not need to send high school transcripts.
**ACT or SAT test scores are not required for individuals over the age of 21.
