From Battle Creek:
From Highway:
Take
I-94 east to exit 181(Michigan Avenue) and turn left. At the first
traffic signal turn left onto Hewitt.
Admissions visit programs including tours, Explore Eastern and the Presidential Scholarship Competition, as well as counselor appointments for prospective freshmen, all begin at the Student Center. We recommend that you park in the Student Center guest lot and bring your parking stub in to be stamped for free parking).
Transfer, graduate and international prospective students who are meeting with an admissions counselor will meet with that counselor in the Admissions Office in Pierce and should park in the Pease Parking lot. If you have an appointment with an Admissions counselor, bring your parking stub with you to be stamped for free parking.
To The Student Center Parking Lot (900 Oakwood, Ypsilanti 48197):
Take Hewitt to Packard (Ypsilanti High School will be on the corner) and turn right. Packard becomes Cross. Turn Right onto Packard. Turn left onto Oakwood (about 3/4 mile ) Turn Take Oakwood past the second stop sign, past the large parking structure and turn right into Student Center Guest Parking lot.
To Pease Parking Lot:
Take Hewitt to Packard (Ypsilanti High School will be on the corner) and turn right. Packard becomes Cross. Take Cross (bearing
to the left as the road splits near the water tower)
to College Place. Turn left on College Place. Travel through
one intersection. Pease lot is the first driveway on the right.
To Rynearson Lot (Convocation Center, Rynearson and
Oestrike Stadiums):
Follow Hewitt (through three major intersections past Packard, and Washtenaw) until you see
the Rynearson Stadium and the Convocation Center on the right and the
Rynearson parking lot on the left. Parking at Rynearson is free during
weekdays except during special events.
To the College of Business
From I-94 exit 183 (Huron Street) north
(right coming from Detroit) into downtown Ypsilanti (Huron is a one
way street).
Go through two traffic lights and get into the
left hand lane. At the third light, Michigan Avenue, turn left. Go past
two traffic lights. The College of Business is on the right hand side
of the street. Parking is available on the street or if you turn right
at Pearl (just prior to the College of Business) you will find additional
street parking and lot parking on your right.
