How To Get To EMU From Toledo

From Highway:
Take US-23 north to exit 37A (Washtenaw Ave. east).
Continue on Washtenaw approximately three miles

Admissions visit programs including tours, Explore Eastern and the Presidential Scholarship Competition, as well as counselor appointments for prospective freshmen, all begin at the Student Center. We recommend that you park in the Student Center guest lot and bring your parking stub in to be stamped for free parking).

Transfer, graduate and international prospective students who are meeting with an admissions counselor will meet with that counselor in the Admissions Office in Pierce and should park in the Pease Parking lot. If you have an appointment with an Admissions counselor, bring your parking stub with you to be stamped for free parking.

To The Student Center Parking Lot (900 Oakwood, Ypsilanti 48197):
Travel approximately 3 miles east on Washtenaw.  Turn left onto Oakwood. Take Oakwood past the first stop sign, past the large parking structure and turn right into the Student Center guest parking lot.

To Pease Parking Lot:
Just past Oakwood the east and west sides of Washtenaw split around the historic stone Ypsilanti water tower. As you approach the water tower move into the left lane. Make a slight left onto Emmet Street. The first intersection is College Place. Turn left onto College Place. Take college Place one block and cross the intersection. Pease lot is the first driveway on the right.

To Rynearson Lot (Convocation Center, Rynearson and Oestrike Stadiums
Take Washtenaw to Hewitt. Turn left onto Hewitt. Follow Hewitt until you see the Rynearson Stadium and the Convocation Center on the right and the Rynearson parking lot on the left. Parking at Rynearson is free during weekdays except during special events.
