Level Two- On-site Contact
- Students and alumni meet in person for a more in-depth discussion of a career field. This may take the form of an informational interview at the graduate's company (or elsewhere) or a job shadowing experience lasting all or part of a day.
- The duration and frequency of contact, as well as the nature of the contact (informational interview or job shadowing) are determined by the volunteer's preferences as specified in the Alumni Career Connection profile.
How does the program work?
- Alumni can click here to register for the program.
- After you complete your online registration form, you will receive a letter of welcome and an Alumni Career Connection profile form detailing your work experience and desired level of involvement.
- Once we receive your completed questionnaire, you will be entered into our database as a potential match for students. We will also send you some tips and guidelines for interacting with students through this program.
- When you are matched with a student, we will notify you that a student may be contacting you soon.
