Level Four- Internship/Co-Op
- An EMU student gains practical experience by working in the office of an EMU graduate for several weeks, a semester, an academic year, or a summer
- The length of the internship or co-op, job description and course credit/compensation details may be worked out between the human resources department of the company where the student will be working and the EMU Career Services Center.
How does the program work?
- Alumni can click here to register for the program.
- After you complete your online registration form, you will receive a letter of welcome and an Alumni Career Connection profile form detailing your work experience and desired level of involvement.
- Once we receive your completed questionnaire, you will be entered into our database as a potential match for students. We will also send you some tips and guidelines for interacting with students through this program.
- When you are matched with a student, we will notify you that a student may be contacting you soon.
