Level Three - Guest Presentation
- A student, professor or student organization asks an EMU graduate to speak to a class or student organization about his or her career.
- The format and length of the talk will be based upon the desires of the graduate.
How does the program work?
- Students can click here to register for the program.
- After you complete your online registration form, the Career Services Center will send you a letter of welcome and a questionnaire detailing your interests.
- Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we will enter you into our database and give you the names and contact information of up to three alumni who match your career interest. It is up to you to contact the alumni on your list and make arrangements for them to speak to your class or student organization.
- Along with the names of your alumni matches, we will also send you some tips for interacting with alumni through this program and using Alumni Career Connection to your full advantage.
- If there isn't a graduate in the database who matches your career interest and is willing to be a guest speaker at this time, we will notify you of this and will contact you as soon as we are able to make a match.
