Take part in the program's inaugural trip. The itinerary includes: Friday, Aug. 8: Travel from Ypsilanti to Port Huron; lunch and tour at the Maritime Museum; river cruise aboard the Huron Lady II; self-guided tours Saturday, Aug. 9: Tours of the Thomas Edison Depot Museum and Huron Lightship Museum and Trolley Tour; dinner and wine tasting at the Tasting Room; "An evening with Jeff Daniels" at the Lexington Music Theatre Company Sunday, Aug. 10: Visit the Fort Gratiot Light House; return travel to Ypsilanti The cost is $280 per person for double occupancy or $400 per person which includes includes round trip bus from Ypsilanti, two night hotel stay, cruise on the Huron Lady, Saturday museum and trolley tours, wine tasting and dinner, theatre tickets and lighthouse tour. > download flier (PDF) |

| *Wednesday, Nov. 19 | History of vintage costume jewelry: Appraisal, repair, redesign and care 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Student Center, Room 310 A Learn how to identify great antique jewelry. Bring in a few pieces of your own and find out what precious gems you may discover in your own home. |
| Thursday, Dec. 4 | Baking for the holidays with students 6–8 p.m., Roosevelt Hall Bring your favorite holiday recipes to share with students and learn how to bake a few new ones with our Hospitality Management program. |
