Anthropology Major and Minor (ANTH)
Anthropology is the comparative study of human behavior, both in terms of its development and in terms of its culture-specific expressions. The program in Anthropology advances the goals of humanistic education, prepares students for successfully operating in a multicultural society, and provides majors with a foundation for graduate study. Eastern’s program in anthropology gives particular attention to the cultural, archeological, and applied subfields.
