Conveniently located next to the EMU Halle Library and the Rec/IM, Brown Apartments house single, non-married students.

Students with dependents or who are married are not permitted to reside in this complex.

Housing options include efficiencies, studios, and one and two bedroom units of varying sizes and floor plans.

All units are fully furnished with a small fridge, small electric stove, couch, coffee table or end table, kitchen table with chair(s), and a full-size bed.There is also a built-in dresser and ample closet space.

If you choose to live with a roommate, the unit will be furnished with two twin beds. The number of beds in a unit must equal the number of individuals on the lease.

Brown is also equipped with an Air-Chilling system. This system pumps cool air into the building during the warmer months of the year. 

ADA compliant apartments are available in Brown Hall for persons with disabilities.
