Near the north-west corner of main campus, Cornell Courts offers furnished or unfurnished one and two bedroom apartment options.

Students, staff, and faculty, with or without dependents, are eligible to live in Cornell Courts.

The complex consists of nine two-story buildings; each building has both one and two bedroom apartments and includes a common laundry room. There are small storage lockers for each apartment in the laundry room for tenant use. 

Each unit is ranch-style, meaning that the apartments are orientated on one level. Units on the second-story of the building can be accessed via the main stairway located in the middle area of the building.

Parking lots surround the tree-laden property, allowing tenants to park close to their buildings. A parking permit is required, which can be purchased at the Parking Office.
