Conveniently located next to the EMU Halle Library and the Rec/IM, Munson Apartments house single, non-married students.

Students with dependents or who are married are not permitted to reside in this complex.

Housing options include studios and one bedroom units of varying sizes and floor plans.

All units are fully furnished with a small fridge, small electric stove, couch, coffee table, end table, kitchen table with chair(s), and a full-size bed. There is also a built-in dresser and ample closet space.

If you choose to live with a roommate, the unit will be furnished with two twin-size beds instead of the full-size bed. The number of beds in the apartment must equal the number of individuals on the lease.

Munson is also equipped with an Air-Chilling system. This system pumps cool air into the building during the warmer months of the year. 

Munson Hall is not ADA compliant and does not have an elevator.
