Welcome to the Eagle Flight Centre!

Cleared for Takeoff!

Earn your wings with a degree from Eastern Michigan University in Aviation Flight Technology or Aviation Management. In addition to obtaining a well-rounded foundation in general studies, you will learn about aerodynamics, crew resource management, industry regulations, flight operations, advanced aircraft systems, and aviation safety. 

EMU's Aviation Program Offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Flight Technology at Eagle Flight Centre located at Willow Run Airport, and Aviation Management. The program has expanded to offer Dispatch Certification for those who wish to add on to their aviation experiences and knowledge base.

EMU Student Pilot in TrainingThrough our Aviation Flight Technology program, you will earn your private pilot, commercial pilot, and certified flight instructor certificates. You will also earn your instrument, complex high-performance, and multi-engine ratings.

Training on Your Time

You'll receive your FAA Part 141 certified flight training in some of the most advanced aircraft on the market. The majority of our fleet is comprised of Cessna Skyhawk 172 SP’s. These modern aircraft are equipped with state of the art Garmin G1000 glass cockpit avionics. All flight training is conducted at Eagle Flight Centre, scheduled on the students free time around their other responsibilities. Such as classes, jobs, sports, or campus activities. We fly 7 days a week, from sun up to sun down and into the night! 

Community Learner

Eagle Flight Centre offers personalized study to non-enrolled individuals with specific flight training needs through our community learner program. Earn your private pilot, commercial pilot, and certified flight instructor certificates. You may also earn your instrument, complex high-performance, and multi-engine ratings. Contact us for more information.

EMU Aviation offers both FAA Part 61 and FAA Part 141 certified flight training programs.
