Restricted Access to GUIALTI and SPAPERS

In order to better protect the confidentiality of Social Security numbers for our employees and students, we have restricted access to the GUIALTI and SPAPERS forms in Banner. You can still search for students by SSN and Birth Date using SPAIDEN and the Extended Search Dialog box. See the Basic Student Information courseware for more information on how to search in Banner.

If this change affects you adversely and you have a legitimate educational interest which can only be met by using these forms, you can request to have your access reinstated. Your supervisor will need to send an email to Sherry Winterson (sherry.winterson@emich.edu) that includes names of any employee(s) who need this access along with the legitimate educational interest requiring access.
