Designated Funds

The quickest way to track your designated fund account is to dowload the monthly reports available on the Eprint system. These reports are available on the sixth business day of each month.

What's My Balance?

Login to Eprint and download the FGRFAAC report (the fifth report on the list)

• Search using your Fund code

• Add together the ENDING BALANCE figure for TOTAL Control Accounts and TOTAL Fund Balances
• The sum is your available balance - NOTE: A NEGATIVE NUMBER REPRESENTS A POSITIVE AVAILABLE BALANCE
