 Clubs, Field Trips, Organizations & Associations Biology majors are encouraged to join the Biology Club. The department is also honored to offer within its Biology Club the opportunity for outstanding students to join Beta Beta Beta (Tri-Beta) - The National Honorary Biological Society; the department currently sponsors the Xi Delta chapter of Tri-Beta. Such student organizations provide academic, social, and community service activities for students within their major. For information on Tri-Beta, consult the Biology Office. Students in the pre-medicine program may wish to join the Pre-Med Club. For information on the Pre-Med Club, please see the pre-professional advisor, Dr. Michael Angell. The department also offers a Pre-Veterinary Medicine Association. |
