Business Systems Support provides these links as a courtesy to our customers to fill everyday needs in the work place related to business systems.

 

INB Launch Page - The INB launch page provides a number of resources related to Banner, Banner data, and supporting systems.

Business Objects Enterprise (BOE) - BOE is an online report repository. Use your emich account information and select LDAP authentication to log into the report repository.

 

IT Helpdesk - Need computer help, send an email to the Helpdesk at it.helpdesk@emich.edu or call 734.487.2120. The Helpdesk will create a magic ticket for you and resolve your computer issue or the ticket will be forwarded to Business Systems Support (B & F Division support) or IT for service.

 

VPN Request - Virtual Private Network (VPN) access is required to access certain University processes from a remote location such as your home. In order to use this access, you must self register for the process and complete online training before the access is approved. This process takes two to three days to complete so please plan ahead.

 

GroupWise Messanger - GroupWise Messenger is an additional communication tool used to get  information from others in the division to finish a task or when dealing face to face with a customer and a quick answer is needed. Contact our student technicain if you need help with this installation or a file to import and start your contact list.
