Autos, Advertising & Research: General Motors Associate Director Mike Hegener visits EMU COB and discusses the role of research in the advertising and marketing process at the world's largest automaker. Hegener will provide insights about consumers during the evolution from being the world's leader to the research challenges faced over the past few years as GM has faced monumental change throughout his various positions at the automaker. On the heels of the NAIAS auto show, this is sure to be an exciting presentation at EMU.
