Catalyst
One Day LeaderShape Program
Saturday, January 26, 2007
EMU Student Center, Room 310
10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
CATALYST is a one-day LeaderShape experience offered here at Eastern Michigan University and presented by The LeaderShape Institute. This program is for students and student organizations who are interested in challenging themselves to go deeper, wider, and farther out in their definition of whom they are and where they can have an impact.
This is a program of personal integrity and possibility. There is a focus on integrity because we will challenge participants to examine themselves and consider how and where their true values and interests align with their actions. We focus on possibility because we will encourage participants to stretch the limits of their relationships and boundaries to produce far-reaching results.
CATALYST is a program that can maximize student, organizational, and campus potential.
During the one-day CATALYST program, participants will:
• Examine what it means to “take your own path”
• Understand how to connect and contribute to organizations you care about
• Challenge yourself and your organization to expand opportunities for possibility
The program is offered to you free of charge. Lunch will be provided. If you are unable to attend the program once you have registered you must contact Matt Mortier via
E-mail at HYPERLINK "mailto:mmortier@emich.edu" mmortie r@emich.edu. There is a $25.00 cancellation fee that will be accessed if we are not notified by the January 22, 2007 deadline.
"Leadership is lifting a person's vision to higher sights, the raising of a person's performance to a higher standard, the building of a personality beyond its normal limitations."
