IMPACT- A campus leadership institute designed to help fraternity and sorority communities establish an agenda for their future and attain great success. IMPACT is designed to foster improved relationships among campus leaders through an intensive, interactive two and one half day program. The IMPACT curriculum emphasizes problem solving, leadership development, values-based decision making, effective communication, and community development. Participants are expected to be active learners and teachers throughout the program.

Through large group sessions, complimented by small group discussions, each participant has the opportunity to personalize the IMPACT experience. All sessions offer hands-on experimental activities and ample discussion time to address individual concerns.

Freshman Move-In- This is the kick off of community service events for fraternities and sororities on campus. The entire Greek community participates during this university wide service initiative. Helping new students feel welcomed by carrying their belonging up to their Residence Hall rooms has been a tradition for many years here at EMU. The men and women of our Greek Community really step up at this event and always have a large showing and appreciation for their efforts.
