- Set weekly goals, then make-up rewards for accomplishing them.
- Use your planner.
- Figure out how much time you need for class, work, and study.
- Decide how much time you'll spend relaxing, exercising, eating, etc.
- Be wise during designated homework time. Don't let computer, TV, phone, or friends distract you.
- If you love a certain TV show, do homework beforehand. It's not likely you'll do both at once.
- Stay flexible. No panicking if something doesn't get done. Make time for it and let life go on.
- Let your schedule evolve and change if it needs to.
- Use an alarm clock. Set it for study, nap, computer, relaxing, or homework intervals.
- Pack the backpack, set out clothes, and check the weather the night before.
- Make TO-DO lists daily, weekly, or both.
