Strategic Planning

In 2009 Dean Tom Venner appointed the CAS Strategic Planning Committee, formed of representatives of all CAS stakeholders. The committee will be identifying short and long-term strategic goals for the College, aligning these goals with EMU's strategic goals, and developing an implementation plan.


The Committee's goals are to:

  • address the challenges presented to us by the current volatile economic situation
  • clarify the direction in which the College is moving
  • define how we want to look in 5-10-20 years
