Students who intend to conduct research with human subjects need to complete the above form.  Submit a copy of your full proposal to the CAS Dean's Office, 411 Pray-Harrold.

The Dean's Student Travel Fund is to assist undergraduate and graduate students who are presenting research or creative projects, and/or actively participating in professional meetings, symposia, workshops, or events related to their fields of study.


Advising Assistance: If you haven't yet declared a major or minor, the Academic Advising Center in 301 Pierce Hall can help you. If you have declared a major, seek General Education advising in the departmental office of your major.
