Criteria:
This scholarship is to provide tuition support to incoming freshman who plans to study Nursing, Social Work and any other area of the Health Services.
1. Preference will be given to students pursuing a Nursing degree
2. Recipient must be a resident of southeast Michigan
3. Preference will be given to a graduate of Cass Tech High School
4. Student must have a minimum GPA of 3.0

- For the benefit of the College of Health and Human Services - the program in gerontology and dementia or any subsequent name the University may designate for the area or outgrowths of this area. This endowment will help improve the quality of life for persons with dementia by providing funds to support group activities, music therapy, and other cultural art therapies for dementia patients.
Scholarship Criteria
- College of Health and Human Services gerontology student who is coordinating such activities or a cultural arts student who is providing a therapy such as music therapy.
- The need will be determined annually by the program director in conjunction with the Dean.
