Professional Summary

Dr. Karshin joined the School of Health Promotion and Human Performance faculty in 2001. Her research has focused on the development and assessment of school-based programs aimed at improving health behaviors among young children and adolescents. She has been the recipient of numerous grants totaling $196,000. In 2008, Dr. Karshin became the Director of the School of Health Promotion and Human Performance.
