Undergraduate

The EMU School of Nursing has programs for every kind of student, whether you're coming from high school or coming back to launch a second career. The BSN program is for first time students without a RN license. The RN to BSN program is for student who already hold a current RN license. Our second bachelor’s program is for those who already hold a bachelor’s in another subject. To get specific admissions requirements, choose your program below.

*All students to apply to these programs need to complete a TEAS exam.  The application deadline for the BSN or 2nd Degree program is  May 15th of each year to start the following Fall semester.   

Applications for the BSN Completion program are accepted year round.

Graduate

Earning your master’s in nursing degree puts you on the fast track to career advancement. With four master’s degree, two graduate certificate and two post-master’s programs, Eastern Michigan University sets you up for success. We typically run a program with 20–25 students but could take as many as 35 each fall. At this time, there is no waiting list for the MSN program. However, the earlier you apply, the faster your application will be processed.
