Center for Multicultural Affairs

Welcome to the Center for Multicultural Affairs! The CMA is dedicated to planning and implementing educational and cultural programs that improve campus climate and enhance community life at EMU. We provide opportunities for cultural exploration, dialogue, personal reflection and leadership development within the student life experience.

Our mission at the Center for Multicultural Affairs is to provide a secure and supportive learning environment for African/African American, Latino/Hispanic, Native/American Indian, Asian/Pacific Islander/ Arab/Arab-American and other students by coordinating with university departments and student organizations to provide activities and service learning projects that are inclusive and responsive to the needs of students at Eastern Michigan University.
