Pam is delighted to put her degrees to use as part of EMU’s Department of Communication, Media and Theatre Arts where she has served as Assistant Managing Director for EMU Theatre since 1996. Her current position includes: coordinating EMU Theatre’s annual High School Drama Day and Scholarship Auditions, marketing and promotions, maintaining the theatre scholarship/service award system, assisting the student theatre group Players at EMU, overseeing special events and outreach and assisting with Mainstage and Laboratory productions. Pam has had the opportunity to teach Fundamentals of Speech, Senior Seminar and Fundamentals of Acting. In her years of theatre participation she has taken on a variety of roles such as actress, director, producer and has worked with several area theatres including The Purple Rose, Performance Network, the Riverside Arts Center and of course EMU. Additionally, she worked as an annual guest director for Huron High School in Ann Arbor from 1998-2012 and directed for Chelsea High School, winning the MIFA State Championship for Outstanding Class B Play for 2005-2006.
