Incorporated in the specialized professional association ELCC report of January 18, 2003 for EMU Educational Leadership Master’s and Specialist degree programs are a series of perceived program weaknesses. Attached is a statement of those weaknesses, Eastern Michigan University’s response to them, and reference to the specific artifacts presented in the appendices that illustrate specific action taken by EMU.
