Dear Program Completers,

We are conducting an on-going follow-up study of all College of Education Program Completers. Now that you have completed your program of study, we are interested in your evaluation of your preparation. Your honest impressions about the strengths and limitations of your program will be of great value as we continually try to improve the quality of our students’ educational experience. Even if you are not currently working in an educational setting we encourage you to complete this survey. ALL information is important and valued.

This web page provides you access to one of three surveys:

1) If you have just completed your undergraduate program, please complete and return the INITIAL CERTIFICATION GRADUATE FOLLOW-UP.

2) If you have just completed an advanced degree program in Educational Leadership (Masters, Specialist, or Doctorate), please complete and return the EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP GRADUATE FOLLOW-UP.

3) If you have completed Post-Bachelor course work or a Masters Degree in Teacher Education, please complete and return the ADVANCED DEGREE GRADUATE FOLLOW-UP.

In order for us to continually improve the quality of the program, we are also seeking feedback from supervisors on the adequacy of the preparation of our graduates. We would like to ask your cooperation in providing us information on 1) your current employment status; and 2) a supervisor from whom we could obtain feedback on how well your training program prepared your for your current job. The supervisor you identify should be someone who is familiar with you and your work. On the bottom of the survey you complete, you will find a place to indicate your willingness to participate in the “Supervisor’s Follow-up Survey.”
