Service Providers
The Counseling Clinic is a training facility in which EMU advanced graduate students enrolled in a CACREP accredited Master’s Degree Program in Counseling provide counseling services to the public as part of their training experiences. All counseling services are closely supervised by faculty members who are fully licensed professional counselors.
This supervision is accomplished through the use of unobtrusive video technology and regular individual and group meetings with the faculty.
Occasionally, even with such close supervision, the needs of a client may exceed the abilities of a counselor-in-training to be of adequate assistance. In these instances, referrals for additional assistance will be provided.
