Programs
The Educational Media and Technology (EDMT) program offers two programs of study:
- Master of Arts in Educational Media and Technology
- Graduate Certificate in Educational Media and Technology
Admission
For admission to either program, we require that you:
- Comply with Graduate School admission requirements (i.e., complete application form, send official transcripts, and application fee).
- Have at least a 2.75 undergraduate GPA or a 3.30 GPA in 12 hours or more of work in a master's program.
- Submit a one (1) page letter of interest describing your career goals and reasons for pursuing a Master's in Education Media and Technology.
- Request and submit two (2) letters of recommendation that address your professional commitment, experience, and potential.
Online Courses
The courses in the Master of Arts in EDMT are offered primarily online. In the Master of Arts program in EDMT, a few non-EDMT courses are also available on campus. The EDMT Graduate Certificate courses are only offered online.
In our EDMT online courses, students can work with course materials at their own convenience to meet the assignment due dates. During most online courses, students have opportunities to work collaboratively on class projects.
