In
December, we scheduled a meeting for this Th, Jan 6,
to discuss and vote on the changes to the BTE program. We did not have a quorum
at our December meeting, so it is important for us to vote on this issue so we can
send it on to CEC in a timely fashion.

We have no other business at this time, so this will
be our one agenda item, but please read it over in advance to facilitate a
productive discussion.
