1. Minutes of previous meeting approved, 10-0-0
2. Eng 409 Prerequisite change approved, 10-0-0 - approval
will mean that students can no longer take the English methods class without
having taken any content coursework.
3. Political Science program change - The committee passed
a recommendation, 10-0-0, that the program be amended to delete HIST 102 and HIST
103 from general studies requirements and add HIST 123 and HIST 124 to address
state concerns. Dr. Rosenfeld discussed the need to give students international
and comparative perspectives in the program as well as
4. Economics. Changes were tabled 10-0-0, pending representation from the department explaining how the changes meet state concerns.
