Extended LiveText Technical Support Hours
As academic terms come to a close, LiveText wants to remain as available and responsive to your needs as possible. LiveText announces extended technical support hours in effect November 16, 2009 through December 18, 2009.
- Monday to Friday 7:00am to 9:00pm (CST)
- Saturday and Sunday 12:00pm to 9:00pm (CST)
NOTE: Technical Support will not be available from Thursday, November 26 through Friday, November 27, 2009. Extended support hours resume Saturday, November 28, 2009.
NEW! Enhancements have been made to the assessment process, which affect the assignment submission, assessment, and assessment viewing processes. These enhancements offer more convenient options for providing comprehensive assessment and receiving feedback. Check out the enhancements documentation on the Faculty Training webpage.
