About Groups
A group is a listing of LiveText users. Groups are used when sharing a LiveText document. When a document is shared with a group, every user listed in the group is given the selected access (view access, edit access, or review and assess access) to the document.
Note: Users who are added to a group do not gain access to documents that have been previously shared with that group. Re-share all documents with a group after adding users to a group.
