Training for Students:

Drop-in training will be scheduled periodically for students during the semester. All training sessions are held in 206 Porter.

Student-focused LiveText training sessions run most weeks that classes are in session. While classes are available for one hour, they will frequently follow a question and answer format, covering topics that are of greatest interest to those dropping in.

Where can I go for more help?

Once logged into your LiveText account, be sure to visit the Help section at the LiveText web site. The help link is in the upper-right corner of each of their web pages, after logging in. They offer some documents in .doc and .pdf format, as well as some online video training.

If you feel you need on-campus help with basic LiveText processes: document creation, submitting an assignment for review, attaching a file to a document, uploading video, etc., then you can visit the Bonisteel Computer Lab, 205 Porter Building, for assistance. Please be aware the Bonisteel Lab staff can not help with specific assignment requirements or with clarifications to your syllabus. Those types of questions should be directed to your instructor.
