Creating a LiveText Document
1. From within the MyDesk workspace, click the Create button.
2. Choose Projects under Easter Michigan University.
3. From the second drop-down menu, choose the desired document Template.
4. Enter a Title and optional document Description. You may be given specific directions for how to name your document.
5. Click the Create Document button to complete the creation process.
Your newly created document will display.
To Submit a Document for Review
1. Once you are finished with a document, open the document you wish to "turn in" to your instructor.
2. Click the Submit for Review link.
3. Enter the LiveText username, group, visitor's pass, or the first and last name for the reviewer. Separate multiple entries with commas or semicolons, or enter each entry on a separate line. As you type, the system will display the first seven matches for the text that you have entered. You can select the appropriate match from the list at any time.
4. Click the Send button.
5. If the user is listed under Reviewers then the share succeeded. If not then the system was not able to identify the user. There were either no matches or several matches. Revise your entry and try again.
