Students will enhance their professional capacity in the area of Educational Media and Technology through:

A. demonstrating a sound understanding of technology operations and concepts,

B. planning and designing effective learning environments and experiences supported by technology,

C. designing and implementing curriculum plans that include methods and strategies for applying technology to maximize student learning,

D. applying technology to facilitate a variety of effective assessment and evaluation strategies,

E. using technology to enhance productivity and professional practice,

F. understanding the social, ethical, legal, and human issues surrounding the use of technology in schools and apply those principles in practice,

G. understanding and participating in the larger professional community of the field.
