EDMT Program Assessment
Each of our courses will be taught once per year until enrollment grows enough to offer two sections of each course. Each faculty member will keep work samples from the key assessments until the end of the year. At the end of winter semester we will meet to discuss the program as a whole and the individual courses. Strengths and weaknesses will be identified and strategies for improvement created. The collection of projects will be passed to the next faculty member teaching a given course. Responsibility for changes in each course will rest with the two faculty most closely connected to that course: the person who just taught it and the person who will teach it the next year. Since our program is a newly approved program, effective Spring 2003, we do not yet have evidence of the impact of this system of course review and improvement.
