Eastern Michigan University Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197   Materials concerning the Computer Science program were submitted to ISTE, through NCATE, on September 15, 2002. A response was expected no later than February 28, 2003. Requests to NCATE for assistance in obtaining a response from ISTE have not been productive. As of the date of this submission (April 1, 2003), no response has been received from ISTE.
