   Meet Karen Donaldson at 6:16 a.m., Northwest Airlines. Lynne Rocklage, driver.

   Meet William Havice at 10:45 a.m., Northwest Airlines.  Lynne Rocklage, driver.

   Meet Tes Mehring at 10:49 a.m., Northwest Airlines.  Lynne Rocklage, driver.

   Meet Jack Hasegawa at 11:00 a.m., Northwest Airlines.  Lynne Rocklage, driver

   Meet Marienne Lipomi at 11:21 a.m. , Northwest Airlines.  Lynne Rocklage, driver.

   John Schultz arrives by car by noon.

    Check in at Marriott Hotel, Ypsilanti, MI.  Telephone: 734. 487.2000.  You should expect your room to be charged to EMU.

            Lunch.  At your leisure, Bentley’s Restaurant, Marriott Hotel.  Charge lunch to your room.                    

            Early afternoon.  Technology helper (Pal) will be in/near the team room at the hotel to assist with use of computers, find things on EMU NCATE/State web site.  Team Room is 522.

            2:00 p.m.   Jerry Robbins, Dean, EMU College of Education, will make a brief presentation in the Team Room (522) on "how to navigate our website" and "what's there" for you to see. 

            Remainder of afternoon.  Individual reading/team meetings as directed by the team chair.

            5:30 p.m.   Depart from Marriott lobby for dinner at Zingerman’s Road House in Ann Arbor.   Drivers will include Lynne Rocklage and Michael Bretting.  Local persons will handle meal charges.        

            After dinner.  Return to hotel.  Activities at direction of team chair.  A technology helper (Pal) will be in the hotel, on call, until approximately 10:00 p.m. to assist with technology and web site issues.
