The College of Education will be holding information sessions about International Teaching opportunities in China and Korea. Session dates and times are as follows:
- Wednesday, November 28, 2012, 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Thursday, December 6, 2012, 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Friday, December 14, 2012, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Community Conversation with The Center for Michigan

The Center for Michigan is sponsoring a Community Conversation in the Porter Building (room TBA) on Wednesday, September 26, from 5:30 until 7:30 p.m. Faculty, staff and students are welcome to attend. The purpose of the conversation is to gather education students' perceptions of Michigan's K-12 education system. Using clicker technology and some guiding questions, Hailey Zureich of The Center for Michigan, will facilitate a discussion about issues such as school reform, professional development for teachers, school funding and other related topics.
